Welcome, I am a licensed professional counselor, U.S. Army Veteran, military spouse, and Army mom located in El Paso, Texas offering telehealth services. Online counseling is fairly new, and I've found it to be really effective for helping clients get the support they need from the comfort of their home. My counseling style is informal to help create an environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork. Working together is important to help us identify areas you want to improve. I am client-centered and use a solution-focused approach to help you address challenges that impact your quality of life. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.
